Valle Romano Golf & Resort has made available a Resident Services Office to all its customers, which attends to all the needs of local residents even prior to their signing the title deeds of their homes.
This department carries out preliminary work ranging from organizing the title deeds, the signatures in the presence of the notary public and the handing over of keys, to later on attending to any doubts, consultations or needs raised by customers, ranging from checks to the contracting of utilities and a variety of services.
The Resident Services Office has been designed to ensure that local residents enjoy the best quality of life in total comfort from the very first day. For this reason, they are provided with a selection of contacts so that they may directly contract all the services they need in order to make their stay a more pleasant one: transport and vehicle rental; safety; surveillance of access points and tele-assistance; cleaning and maintenance of properties and decoration projects and choice of furniture, among others.
