Valle Romano (Estepona) covers an area of 122 hectares on the side of Sierra Bermeja, overlooking the waters of the Mediterranean, right on the Costa del Sol. The utmost attention has been paid to details in this enclave, but especially in terms of respect for the environment and the efficient use of energy resources.
From the outset, this has been a regenerating project for the area - starting with the golf course itself, whose design has been expressly adapted to the lie of the land. We have re-used original vegetation in order to landscape the course, completing this with over 100,000 new bushes and plants and around a thousand and a half trees of native species, including carob, cork, olives and pine. This permits considerable saving of water for irrigation.
And in the case of the houses, we have paid great attention to the orientation of the façades and layout, the use of recycled water for irrigation, and the efficient use of energy resources, etc.
Valle Romano is a project that is integrated into the environment - for now and for the future.
